Design
The closely spaced wooden rails give the eye a seamless aesthetic from end to unbroken end. Gently arched stanchions provide support while giving a suggestion of elegance.
Materials
Maple or walnut tops are matched from board to board for even toning and a grain matched appearance. Exclusions are left and carefully filled with dyed resin to highlight the tree’s character. Clear, water-based lacquer is used as a top coat. Ebonized maple legs are bent around a form and finished in a black semi-gloss lacquer. A blend of cork and rubber feet are used to prevent scratching your floors.
Assembly
Ships in three components that assembles in under 15 minutes. The legs use four brass screws each that are secured to the top slats from underneath. Keep clean with a damp cloth – avoid furniture cleaners with wax.
